Stephen B. Murrell is a co-founder and the vice president of Xcel Land Company, Inc. He is a Professional Land Surveyor licensed in both Tennessee and Kentucky. With over 30 years of experience in the surveying and engineering industry, Stephen co-founded Xcel Land Company, Inc., with a commitment to delivering accurate, timely, and professional land surveying & land management services.
His extensive background spans work with leading surveying and engineering firms across Middle Tennessee, giving him a deep understanding of the region's land, regulations, and client needs.
